Duration & Usage

- Designed to be used for approximately 30-45 days with proper care.
- Ensure that you have removed the plastic backing from BOTH sides of the sheeting before applying.
- Secure with included medical tape as needed (optional).
- Depending on the size, age, and severity of their scar, many patients require 2-3 sheets for optimal results.

Product Care

- When not in use, store tacky-side down on the plastic backing in a resealable bag or tin.
- Wash 1-2 times a week to keep clean & maintain tackiness.
- To do so, gently scrub away any sweat, debris, etc. from the sheeting with a non-concentrated soap and lukewarm water. Let air dry (tacky side up) completely, then store as indicated above.
- Silicone sheeting should be worn for no longer than 12 hours at a time.

Ingredients

100% medical grade silicone
It is just silicone. Medical grade silicone is considered to be the “gold standard” of scar management, thanks to its ability to create what’s known as an occlusive barrier over your scar, locking in moisture and preventing raised textured scarring. Plus, it’s hypoallergenic, making it suitable for most skin types!
Each order of sheeting also includes a roll of medical tape to help secure sheeting as adhesion wears away (if needed).
