Step 1 : Read the instructions and press the Browse File button to choose your image.
Step 2 : Enter your information and write your comment or ask your questions. After completing the steps press Upload Prescription button. Then system will return a notice message.
Admin's Instructions
- Don’t crop out any part of the image
- Include details of doctor and patient
- Medicines will be dispensed as per prescription
- Upload Only recent prescription
- Must have dosage information
- Include signature of the doctor
