Delivery Policy
Here we explain how we handle the delivery of your goods.Introduction
We are using our delivery and other third-party delivery services to we can't afford our delivery service to deliver. Standard Delivery rates are only available to the all-island but rates depend on the third-party delivery services. Though every attempt is made to Deliver orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 30 minutes - 3 business hours to process before Deliver. Order processing on weekdays from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM. Delivery option automatically unable or disable when the user selects the Location in delivery address. And some delivery option needs conditional payment method so when delivery option selected then payment method will be unable with applicable delivery option (Ex. For Ontime Delivery we are doing Online payment only. so Cash on delivery method will be disable).
Delivery options
The Following are Options for Delivery and Estimated Transit Times and Rates with conditions.- Available only Delivery service provided area usually western province in following selected areas only(using Pick-Me Flash and Uber-Eats).
- Real-time and time depend on the distance and road traffics.
- Rates depend on distance and service provider and the delivery charge must pay when the package is received.

- 2-4 business days. (If an order is placed after 6:00 p.m. in Sri Lankan Time on Last business day of the week, then the order will not Deliver out until the following business day in next week. - Holyday, Overnight and Weekend delivery options are not available).

Out of Colombo district orders
Currently, we are partnered with DOMEX courier service KOOMBIYO courier service to service our allisland customers. Once you have created your shopping cart, choose the any of Out of Colombo Districts from the list and you will be led through the Standard delivery system and your order will be shown the additional delivery charge. Standard shipping rates are added but for some additional charges, you must pay item type, quantity, the total weight of your order and the destination's location. These charges are related to Delivery Service provided, review before you complete your purchase.
Standard delivery restrictions
Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for the Standard delivery method. Some items are very temperature sensitive, and some products are kept in the conditional temperature. So, you add those mentioned items to your cart and when you going to finalize the delivery method you can’t proceed with the order.
P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to Deliver to P.O. Boxes.
White glove delivery
Some items are eligible for white glove delivery. What this means is that an Assistant will deliver the product, bring it inside your home and set it up. If you choose white glove delivery, please keep in mind that once the item has Delivered it cannot be cancelled. Any order cancelled after it has been delivered will result in the customer being responsible for the delivery charges. This option must be requested over the phone after the order have been placed and additional charges will be applied.
Shipping promotions
Free or discounted Delivery promotions, or discounted pricing promotions, may not apply to incontinence/diaper supplies, liquids, wheelchairs, and some of our other oversized items. We apologize, but to maintain our low regular prices, we are no longer able to always include these medical supply categories in Delivery promotions.
