Each soft gelatine capsule contains 1000mg of Omega 3 fish oil concentrate containing 180mg of Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 120mg of Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) These Omega-3 fatty acids are not produced by the body and can only be obtained through the diet. Solomega contains fatty acids extracted from cold water fish.

Direction for use
