Withania somnifera is a medicinal plant that grows throughout the world, from the Atlantic to South East Asia, and from the Mediterranean to South Africa. Ayurveda uses medicinal plants extensively in their daily practise to treat a variety of diseases. The name "ashwagandha" is derived from two factors: the roots of the herb smell like a horse, and it is widely held that consuming extracts of the herb may result in increased strength and vitality like that of a horse.

Direction for use
A bottle of Bees Ashwagandha consists of 60 capsules and each capsule contain 500 mg. Capsules are made from vegetable cellulose and contain 100% natural Withania somnifera root powder. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule 2 times per day.
